Mutual Aid to Conover Barn Fire

On Sunday May 1st at around 6:20 pm, Conover Units were dispatched to a reported barn on fire. Units in the area advised there was heavy smoke showing immediately after dispatch. Conover requested mutual aid from St. Stephens Fire in the form of a brush truck and tanker. Brush unit 44 and tanker 46 responded to assist. Once on the scene Conover units had the fire under control and utilized our manpower to assist with salvage and overhaul.
