| On September 6, 2013 around 1:30pm St. Stephens Fire was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the Headquarters Station. Station four arrived to find a single vehicle accident and that a vehicle had flipped multiple times across the fire departments property coming to rest on a neighboring piece of property. All four occupants of the vehicle were free prior to fire departments arrival. St. Stephens Fire secured the scene and stabilized the vehicle, then initiated patient care. One occupant was transported by Catawba County EMS with non life threating injuries. |
